Graphic Designer

This position is responsible for the creation and execution of marketing and advertising creative (print and digital) for Troon and Troon golf clubs around the world. Essential Duties: •Lead distribution of centralized content templates through maintenance of company platform (Design on Demand) in conjunction with Troon’s digital team and technology vendor •Plan, design and execute a wide array of graphic concepts and projects •Create in-house promotional materials including flyers, posters, menus, brochures, social content, etc. •Lead creation of centralized content serving multiple client courses •Lead and improve creative workflow from clients and internally using internal tools (ex: Wrike) •Work collaboratively with other creatives in the company (video editor, graphic designers) •Effectively communicate with corporate team and club contacts through design creation and editing process •Consult with clients’ marketing and sales teams to create cohesive designs that are in brand and goal alignment •Manage budget, including invoicing, project expenditure tracking, and project budget development •Absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients •Quickly adapt to new technologies •Estimate time required for job completion and provide updates throughout the design process •Meet tight deadlines and multi-task between numerous projects at a given time •Regular and reliable attendance •Perform other duties as assigned Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability Preferences: •Ability to read and speak English (e.g. the associates are required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers) •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills •Ability to work independently with little or no supervision •Excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills •Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time •Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Canva •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time
