Background: Square Roots owns a wide array of residential and commercial real estate assets in and around Kennett Square, PA, many of which are located on a single street that Square Roots has been revitalizing over the last decade. Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer at SRC, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our diverse range of projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and other team members to ensure consistency and quality across all visual materials. · Self-Motivated: Results-driven, service- and detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work both independently and on a team • Detail Oriented: Detail oriented and possessing the ability to understand what is important and how different elements need to be prioritized • Trust-Building: The ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships, while at the same time asserting project management disciplines that ensure a smooth and predictable process • Flexible: Because many of our projects are experimental and may be at a stage where the next steps are not well defined, the candidate must be comfortable with some degree of ambiguity, trying new things, iterating and shifting priorities • Passionate for Impact: Motivated by the potential for Square Roots and the organizations it oversees/supports to make a significant positive difference in the community • High Character: Our work is worthless unless we live in a way that demonstrates integrity in the way we interact with others • Collaborative and Generous: Collaborative and generous both internally and with our partners with our time and skillsets.
