Designer helps lead concepting, creative execution and design for a variety of multi-channel campaigns, print and digital marketing... collateral including brochures, booklets, flyers, presentations, corporate identity and other communications materials. Contributes to the continual improvement of the creative production workflow, processes and systems of the Creative Team including the structure and organization of design files. Assists in the creation and execution of integrated, strategic, creative communication plans for company-wide and cross-functional initiatives. -Health insurance experience is a plus -Expert graphic design, layout, typography and information architecture skills with a strong sense of style and consistency. -Strong experience creating effective marketing solutions, branding, visual identity systems and advertising campaigns -Expert knowledge and understanding of print production and workflow with the ability to manage internal and external partners to ensure successful creative output, delivery of materials on time and on budget.
