OnMessage Public Strategies seeks a Graphic Designer to help create the best in class ad creative. The position will be responsible for creating a wide range of designs for digital campaigns. Responsibilities: • Design innovative graphics for social, display and print advertising • Collaborate with the ads team designing motion graphics and branding for client ads • Balance and prioritize work to ensure critical items are addressed • Produce high-quality deliverables while working within budget and meeting deadlines • Keep supervisor aware of workload and potential conflicting commitments • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and eliciting feedback Essential Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a creative department of an agency, design shop or digital firm • Strong desire and ability to work creatively with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written • Ability to work quickly and easily while handling multiple projects • Must be able to work cooperatively as a member of a team as well as independently • Possess a positive, can-do attitude • Expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects • Must be able to provide references and samples of work Desired Skills: • High-quality print design • UX/UI application or website design experience • Mobile design experience • Knowledge of CSS
