In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual designs across a variety of mediums, including brand identity, print collateral, digital graphics, and website designs. This position will work across multiple brands within the Swim USA portfolio, but primary responsibilities will fall... under the brands Miraclesuit, Magicsuit, and Mimi Flamingo (a new brand in the process of launching). Primary Duties and Responsibilities (List of 6 - 8 key tasks required of the job which are essential to the performance of this job in order of importance) • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and value proposition • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs • Work directly with our VP of Marketing to grow our brand presence • Design and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all marketing materials • Create engaging digital graphics and animations for social media, email campaigns, and website content • Design and maintain responsive website layouts and user interfaces • Prepare print-ready files for various marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, print design, and web/UI design SWIM USA is an EOE
