Graphic Designer Remote... • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist with a strong background in design principles, particularly in style, typography, and composition layout. • Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs • Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity • Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content • Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale • Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement Candidate Requirements: • Years of Experience Required: 3+ overall years of experience in the field • Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required to be eligible for this role • Disqualifiers: Candidates who does not have a portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills • Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate has examples of strong style, composition, and typographic work while being excited to move into work involving AI technologies • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, over time gaining ownership and able to work independently Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience • Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Graphic design • Minimum 3+years’ experience with high volume creative work • Some familiarity and work with text to image AI technology
