The Graphic Designer in this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that meet business needs and communicate brand, customer, channel, and operational messages effectively. This role leverages brand guidelines across all of the Coca-Cola Consolidated distributed brands to develop both print and digital point of sale for our customers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, as well as experience in design process, asset management and team collaboration. • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent time management skills; demonstrates the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects ensuring that deadlines are met and design quality is maintained • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality design that aligns with brand standards • Continuously streamlining, developing, and creating materials to support channel team needs. Preferred Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer • Associate or Bachelors Degree with focus on Graphic Design
