A keen eye for detail along with a healthy mix of creative and technical know-how makes the graphic designer an indispensable — and in-demand — part of the creative team. This role is responsible for creating, organizing, and cataloguing Company brand images; contributing to the design and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns; website graphic development, package design, signage, and printed materials. When you join OESD, you’ll work collaboratively with other designers, digitizers, and artists, and work closely with the broader marketing teams, sales, education, product development, and a variety of other teams in the organization. The equivalent in work experience will be considered 3+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting Motivated, responsible, self-sufficient and able to work under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail A strategic and conceptual thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking Non-stop curiosity and desire to improve on yourself and our output Self-motivated with a positive attitude, solid communication skills and ability to present work confidently Someone who loves clean, simple design and is a motivated idea-generator A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality of design across multiple mediums within a variety of campaigns and projects Please provide a link to your online portfolio on your resume Moderate to advanced photography skill are also a plus.
