Graphic Designer

Are you a graphic design professional, who is passionate about your Catholic faith, and would like to use your skills and experience to advance the Catholic Church in Southeast Wisconsin? The position is a member of the communication office team. Responsibilities • Layout and production of Catholic Herald Newspaper, digital edition, and e-newsletter • Design of display and classified ads • Production of photos and graphics for website and social media • Design of covers, special editions and special sections • Photo archive organization • Development of sales collateral including flyers, email banners and website promotions • Initiate, develop and execute the design of multiple visual communication strategies, including digital media, conventional print media, advertising campaigns, and web communications • Prepare complex design illustrations, templates, photos, and pictures for graphic design projects • Create brochures, flyers, handouts, marketing materials, and web based materials including PowerPoint/Prezi • Adhere to organizational brand standards and incorporate brand identity • Two to five years of graphic design work experience, or equivalent, is required. • Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Faith is preferred.
