Responsibilities: • Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department. • Interacts regularly with creative leadership, creative partners, and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projects • Interprets marketing ideas and turns them into visual reality at a world-class level • Receives feedback from management and uses that feedback to grow skills Solves business challenges through marketing and smart creative design • Takes ownership of projects, and successfully executes through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budget • Maintain and enhance the client's identity by working creatively within the corporate Brand. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
