Benefits/Perks: • Competitive Base Pay And Monthly Uncapped Performance Bonus • Paid Vacation and Holiday • Robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and pet insurance • Ongoing Training Opportunities A Successful FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer Will: • Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied • Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media • Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements. Work with teammates to make sure jobs are printed for successful production and installation. • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator • Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously • Determine the best output method based on the customer’s needs • Sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to work under deadlines to output high volume, high-quality work Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
