General Responsibilities • Identifies basic and complex graphic design projects and performs research, conceptualizes design, sets timeline, and designs visual elements for use in a variety of marketing and communications needs, adhering to IU brand guidelines. • Regularly consults with marketing and communications staff and other key stakeholders to determine project needs and ensure graphic design elements align with strategy and objectives. • Designs the layout and format for digital and print graphic design content, including selection of colors, images, fonts, logos, and placement, for various marketing and communications needs, audiences, and platforms; may delegate basic design tasks to Graphic Design Assistant(s). Required • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related field Questions or complaints regarding Title IX may be referred to the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights or the university Title IX Coordinator.
