The Designer II is responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative designs that maintain brand consistency. • Collaborative Work: Work with category teams to respond to artwork briefs and create various designs, concepts, and graphics (advertising, packaging, merchandising, collateral, digital). • Production Skills: Strong production skills with a meticulous attention to detail. • Packaging Design: Ability to generate innovative packaging concepts and designs. Nice to Haves • Fashion Industry Experience: Experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry as a designer.
