Graphic Designer

Overview Deep Fried is seeking a qualified and experienced Designer to work with a multitude of the agency’s clients, across a wide array of industries. Their style is versatile as is their work pace; some projects may span weeks or months, while others are drawn up on the fly. Key Responsibilities • Branding, Graphic Design, Art Direction & Illustration of: • Brand Identities • Integrated / Digital Ad Campaigns • Marketing Collateral & Packaging • Presentations / Client Decks • Websites: design, UX strategy, content formatting & template customization • Bill work to client jobs in project management / time-tracking ERP (training to be provided) The ideal candidate will: • Enjoy collaborating with account and project managers, strategists, writers, marketers and developers • Bring creativity and versatility of style to their work • Be intentional in actions, arriving prepared for meetings and delivering deliberate and thoughtful brand and creative strategy • Become a dependable resource for account and project managers to deliver timely and effective solutions • Be adaptable to varying timelines with long-term projects and quick turnarounds alike • Bring a constructive, respectful, and positive attitude to the workplace • Be motivated to help brands (of all shapes, sizes, and industries) succeed and grow, willing to put in the time when called for • Desire to support client work from inception to completion, to production support following • Have strong presentation skills and enjoy pitching ideas with confidence • Bring a detail-oriented approach to their work, with excellent proofing skills • Have experience clocking time to client-billed work Qualifications • Minimum 2-4+ years of design and production experience for clients in an agency setting • Demonstrated experience with: • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & XD • Microsoft PowerPoint • WordPress • Plus but not required: • Squarespace / Wix / Shopify • Motion Graphics experience / Adobe AfterEffects • Adobe Lightroom • Photography / Video set & art direction support Location This position is located in New Orleans, LA and is primarily an in-office position.
