• Ensures that photos are optimal for printing • Performs minor phot retouching and clipping • Prepares printed 3D models for presentations and approvals • Prepares document imposition for internal digital printing • Creates online banners, email, web graphics and landing pages for marketing initiatives • Complete edits, update creative and provide general design support • Create enticing visual graphics that support or enhance the theme of deliverables and campaigns • Design within brand guidelines to ensure designs are brand compliant, confirming to the overall brand identity and strategy, which could include logos, icons, documents and other asset templates Employment requirements: • 5-7 years’ experience in graphic design and packaging design • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline • Proficient in the Adobe Suite tools: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Experience in mockup designs, content creation and engagement for social media are a plus! • Knowledge of cannabis industry will be an asset • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
