Confident in who you are and what you're capable of, but equally aware of how you can learn from others and continue to improve. • Immerse in the user’s, brands and retailers’ point of view to begin the Design Thinking process • Brainstorm, scrap, thumbnail and develop future ideas/concepts/workflows/frameworks in layout and sketch form • Co-create with our internal team to refine and mock-up the future solutions in forms such as renderings, physical and digital mock-ups, animation and VR experiences. What It Requires • A strong desire to create and contribute in an inclusive design environment • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications • A desire to innovate, collaborate and co-create with a wide variety of diverse thinkers • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite • Highly creative with amazing visualization skills • Understanding of UI/UX systems thinking (knowledge of Figma a bonus) • Must be in Cincinnati, OH and able to work on site Tuesday - Thursday
