Description • Ensure all designs comply with design controls and company standards. • Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to ensure the production of cutting-edge designs. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design or a related industry • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign • Experience in creating compelling Advertisements and Banner Ads • Demonstrated ability to increase Brand Awareness through strategic design • Proven experience in designing Brochures and other print materials • Knowledge of Design Controls and ability to adhere to brand guidelines • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, innovative work • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
