Graphic Designer

Job Description This position will include the production of digital and print graphics. You’re both a high level creative conceptual thinker and a hands-on maker. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll define and maintain Battle Board Game's visual identity and produce graphic assets that effectively communicate our message while maintaining brand continuity for a wide variety of projects. What You’ll Do • Conceptualization of seasonal ‘Go-To-Market’ product campaigns • Design collateral and product packaging from concept to production • Communicate and work with factories for samples and productions once approval process is complete • Maintain files, folders and libraries of current and past projects • Partners with Board Game Development teams to ensure that all projects are consistently executed across all communication and sales channels • Able to think/design across media and activate the brand globally • Takes a leadership role in establishing and maintaining a global visual identity for the assigned categories in all regions • Research and explore current design, art, sculpture, and technology to further develop design skills and sensibility Who You Are • Versatile: you’re able to think/design across media and activate the brand globally • A leader: you take a leadership role in establishing and maintaining a global visual identity for the assigned categories in all regions • Hands-on: you’re just as comfortable making work as you are directing it • Collaborative: you thrive in a team environment and know that good ideas come from anywhere Experience You Bring • 1-2 years experience in graphic design • Proven ability to develop creative and activate marketing stories across various media • Experience in brand activation, event signage, package design, and brand identity • Ability to package assets for print and production • Superior typographic knowledge and ability to apply the techniques • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills • The ability to work with others and own your workload • The desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
