Overview We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategically-focused creative solutions for traditional mediums and prepares final artwork for production. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience • Excellent academic qualifications • Proficient in Mac OS computer skills utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Keynote • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional understanding and use of design and layout • Knowledgeable in the application of pre-press production methods and final production follow through • Good working awareness of vast array of methods and resources to implement a concept or idea • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Must be positive, detail/quality oriented, organized, team oriented and a driven problem solver, multi-tasker, and excellent follow-up skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment with demonstrated conflict resolution experience • Demonstrates basic knowledge of Garmin’s organization, customers, market segments, products, operations and strategies This position is eligible for Garmin's benefit program.
