The ideal candidate for this position has an interest in FairVote’s work on ranked-choice voting, and can create content for a variety of audiences. The designer will collaborate with FairVote staff across all departments and various consultants/vendors as needed to advance FairVote and its issue agenda. This position is full-time with benefits and is a member of FairVote’s union. This is a full-time, exempt position. The salary range for this position is $68,000-*$75,000 based on experience and scope of work, with the *top end of the range for exceptional candidates exceeding requirements.
