This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications team in creating and helping implement marketing collateral across multiple channels. • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications • Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality • Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Education/Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, marketing, art, or related discipline • Expertise in the Adobe Suite, Presentation Design (Microsoft PowerPoint), and Figma • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software • Impeccable attention to detail and well-organized – both in design work and file output • Obsessed with making things consistent in terms of spacing and alignment • Adaptability to working style and inputs and enthusiasm to produce high-quality design • Familiarity with Marketing Project Software (Smartsheet) If your qualifications and/or experience level are outside of the posted position, we encourage you to apply as we are growing fast and roles that are coming soon may not be posted.
