Job Description The Graphic Designer position will work across a range of brands within the Evolution Group supporting the Marketing, Promotion, Commercial and Business Development teams and its marketing strategies by creating both print and digital artwork for the North American region. Experience and Qualifications Required: • Degree in Graphic Design or related field, covering the fundamentals of Graphic Design • 2-3+ years of Graphic Design experience • Expert skills in the full Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator • Superior attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills • Takes critique constructively and uses feedback to improve creative output • Flexible approach to work – working proactively as part of a small team, in a larger organization, with the ability to work alone as well as part of the team • Approachable, helpful and thrives in a supporting role • Previous experience in a similar design/marketing role in a B2B environment, whether agency or corporate setting
