Graphic Designer: $60-75k, 3+Years Required, MN Based, 2 Days in Office

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join GovDocs and support the design process behind creating and updating federal, state, and local posters as well as other employment law compliance materials within our Labor Law Poster Program – trusted by employers nationwide. GovDocs was named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Setup, track, and manage your design workflow.Design, update, and maintain labor law poster layouts and compliance materials at the federal, state, provincial, and local levels.Create new posters and/or notices while revising existing designs to reflect government agency updates, ensuring visual consistency and compliance with legal requirements.Upload finalized labor law posters and compliance materials to internal systems and print portals to support production and delivery.Perform quality checks and design audits, including verifying accuracy of QR codes, compliance dates, URLs, and overall layout integrity.Develop, organize, and manage customer-facing materials such as planograms, digital poster sets, monthly poster update reports, and more.Collaborate with the Employment Law & Compliance Team to verify content accuracy and support timely updates to poster materials.Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Systems, and Client Services, to support project execution, including priorities, timelines, and evolving design needs.What You Bring: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
