Always design forward and generosity driven.Mission: To Create More Beauty And Generosity In The World.Practices Depending on the project the breadth of work can include aspects of the following: graphic artwork, packaging design, presentations, and layouts for emails, display ads, and social media assets telling the MiiR brand story of design, generosity and responsibility.Go deeper:We’re looking for a person who is:A CREATIVEDemonstrates strong design skills through visual storytelling elements (typography, composition, layout, Illustration) with an understanding of best practices for digital, print production and retail engagement.You can contribute creative direction and conceptual ideas for a wide-range of project types and industries.You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Figma, with both graphics experience and print/packaging experience.You are able to put together presentations, mood boards, and lend a hand with a variety of projects where needed.You will support and contribute to each phase of the design process: research, brainstorm, concepts, design layout, photo art direction, and more, where needed.You are a highly creative problem solver with a positive, customer-centric mindset and a passion for building scalable systems through great design.After Effects, video editing, animation skills, a 'nice to have' but not a requirement.A PRODUCERYou will work closely with your creative team colleagues to support photography and content creation as a producer - creating shot lists, managing samples, and as a set of hands during photography or video production.A TEAM PLAYERYou are a responsible team player. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to design for accessibility and inclusion.Strategic thinking skills with a strong bias for action and results-driven mindset.Thorough understanding of current web design best practices.Excellent communication, written, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and quickly prioritize tasks.Possesses a high level of self-awareness (strengths and opportunities), owns personal development and proactive problem solving.Deep understanding of the trends in retail and digital marketing.Photography art direction experience (preferred).Illustration skills are a ‘nice to have’ but not a requirement.
