You will design and create both digital and print work, including social media content, logos, digital banners, signage etc., using collaboration skills in order to create strong visual content to represent the San Diego Padres as an elite organization. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: • Responsible for graphic creation, including but not limited to print, digital, and web creative, marketing collateral, client proposals, and pitches • Collaborate with the creative design group on creation of ballpark and outdoor signage, publications, packaging, merchandise, logos, infographics, and web banners • Work closely with the marketing team, photographers, website designers, and marketing specialists to meet departmental and Padres organization goals • Collaborate with other designers on creative concepts for digital social platforms • Support the video production staff by assisting in design layout of the ballpark’s LED displays, using graphical layout (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) • Utilize graphic design skills to ensure work is on-brand, bringing a fresh and energetic approach to each new project • Represent the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times You will be required to meet the following: • Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, or education equivalent, preferably in Graphic Design, Video Production, or similar discipline • Minimum 2-3 years previous graphic design work experience in a similar role. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills and any other factors the San Diego Padres considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
