Job Responsibilities • Support Graphics Design Manager with artwork and designs • Create web graphics and marketing collateral consistent with brand image • Photoshop retouching and image selection for collateral • Design email campaigns • Maintain timely and efficient workflow as necessary • Edit videos for internal newsletters • Plans concept by studying information and materials. • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. degree in Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop • Familiarity with HTML emails • High levels of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas within the timing and scope of a project • Adaptable to creative challenges, deadlines, and project requirements • Knowledge of digital and print advertisements and associated media requirements and best practices • Ability to apply ATI branding on a wide variety of projects • Works well both collaboratively and independently • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Portfolio demonstrating relevant design skills required
