Graphic Designer

Position Type: Full Time / Salary Exempt We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. • Responsible for creative solutions for but not limited to email marketing, SMS, social media, digital ads, web design, and print collateral as they relate to our seasonal marketing and brand objectives • Social channel design work including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and paid advertising such as Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Display ads, and other marketing and programmatic ads, as they relate to our seasonal marketing and brand objectives • Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing team to create online digital content and experiences that drive strong engagement and conversion • Create and update elevated designs and layouts daily and seasonally as they relate to social content, product launches, and marketing campaign • Maintain visual brand integrity while considering new trends and seasonal concepts, all while delivering assets with the proper web and mobile requirements • Maintain regular communication with project managers and interdepartmental teams • Solicits and assimilates design feedback and executes revisions with a high level of accuracy • Demonstrates eagerness to learn, be a team player, share information and provide a fresh perspective • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital creative space • Work with ASANA project management system. • 4+ years of experience in digital design, e-commerce experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design or related field • Working knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, Figma • Clean and elevated sense of visual design with impeccable design understanding in regard to typography, composition, and colors • Understanding of social channel and paid advertising best practices • Basic understanding of video editing • Experience with hand illustration • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills that support the rest of the team • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality deliverables In addition to a collaborative and supportive culture, here are a few additional perks that are enjoyed by the Z SUPPLY team: • Half-Day Fridays year-round • Generous clothing discount • New chic and modern offices located near top restaurants and shopping in Costa Mesa, CA • Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • 401K with discretionary employer match of up to $2500 • Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Preventative Health Care Time Off, Paid Birthdays and various other company perks and benefits.
