Graphic Designer

Responsibilities • Collaborate with Creative team and other departments across the organization on package design concepts, social media, and ecommerce requests • Communicate and present creative work in a clear and compelling fashion • Translate and adapt existing brand guidelines for product development, brand extensions, POP, signage, collateral, and more • Take direction from Senior Manager, Creative and provide multiple solutions • Produce work in a timely manner, and meet tight deadlines • Maintain and archive image resource files • Responsible for creating final layouts, production ready files and checking proofs • Stay fluent in current design trends, materials and presentation techniques • Prepare photo files for web and print Qualifications • BFA / BA in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or related field preferred • At least 4+ years of experience in a related field preferred • Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat • Strong understanding of packaging design • Extremely detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication • Experience working with a project management tool • Ability to work cross-functionally and be a team player • Ability to priortize and pivot quickly to meet business needs/deadlines
