Graphic Designer

M&R Marketing, based in Macon, GA, is currently hiring for the full-time, in-house position of Graphic Designer. You will be joining a highly qualified team of 2 Graphic Designers and a Creative Director, who has been with M&R for 11+ years. Experience working at an agency or working on the client-side in partnership with an agency is preferred. Primary Responsibilities • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts • Understand project briefs and complete designs that align with clients’ goals as stated in briefs • Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type • Confer with clients and design team to discuss and determine design layout • Maintain brand consistency with each client project • Develop graphics and layouts for print material, digital and traditional ads, brand identity, website design layout, and more • Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discuss with clients or design team, and making necessary changes Employee Benefits • Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance • Matching 401K plan • 10 paid holidays per year • Paid vacation & sick time • Paid maternity & paternity time • Paid volunteer time
