Job Description Summary The Graphic Designer will be supporting the Austin and San Antonio markets with print and digital marketing deliverables. Responsibilities: • TCreating print and digital marketing deliverables, including but not limited to business development proposals and presentations, team marketing, research thought leadership and other marketing collateral • Develops materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions • Develops unique creative approaches to each new project so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme • Creates illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materials • Implements and maintains a high standard of design, format and production, adhering to national design standards • Develops a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business in order to add creative input that strategically enhances new business materials • Participates as a strong team member of U.S. Marketing, actively contributing to U.S. Marketing initiatives • Collaborates with Local Marketing Manager, and Regional/National Design and Marketing teams • Communicates effectively with the other Marketing Team members and Project Leads, so that product is delivered accurately, on time and to the internal clients specifications • Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
