In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling branded materials and managing the signage implementation for all new projects. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and ensuring our visual identity is effectively communicated across various platforms. Responsibilities • Branded Materials: • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including: • Sales sheets, instructional flyers, business cards • Digital assets (website graphics, social media posts, email banners, online ads) • Graphics/infographics for sales presentations • Signage Management: • Develop and implement signage plans for all new projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations • Have the ability to understand custom requests and adapt both design and language to brand standards. • Oversee the creation and production of all signage • Any custom signage requests • Maintain sign store and catalogue • Brand Consistency: • Ensure all brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing and signage materials • Maintain brand style guides and resources alongside Marketing Team • Collaboration: • Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, account management, and other teams • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders • Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field • 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer • Proven experience in designing and producing high-quality branded materials • Strong understanding of signage design principles and best practices • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
