This role will serve as a face to Customer Operations and Production, taking requests for proofs and artwork, and translating it into a deliverable. • Works in graphics software such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator and InDesign. Familiar with barcode creation and symbology. • Objectively resolves customer service inquiries effectively with limited supervision. • Quickly assesses all request issues, clarifies, and identifies the necessary information and resources and to provide solutions.
