Graphic Designer

Under the direction of the Creative Services Director, this position will be responsible for taking on designs that maintain consistent brand standards for Wisconsin State Fair Park. is not included as part of the benefits package :per State of Wisconsin Legislature, s. 230.26(4), Wis. Stats. Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative field • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Photoshop or Lightroom • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding • Ability to prepare press-ready files for production • Experience mentoring junior designers or collaborating with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining consistent, high-quality design work • Receptive to feedback and able to adapt designs based on creative direction The candidate must be able to work all 11 days of the annual Wisconsin State Fair. All Limited Term and Seasonal Employment Positions, including those for the annual Wisconsin State Fair, require Wisconsin Residency:, as defined in § 6.10(1), at the time of application and throughout employment with Wisconsin State Fair Park.
