Graphic Designer

A keen eye for detail along with a mix of creative and technical know-how is essential for success in this role. What You Will Do: • Collaborate closely with internal and external designers, team members, and brokers to produce high-quality assets and materials • Develop creative marketing materials that adhere to internal and partner brand standards and guidelines • Design detailed graphics for use in marketing campaigns across all delivery channels including display advertising, social media, email, SMS, print, ect • Design layouts for landing pages, emails, and other digital marketing materials • Create original creative content for new business opportunities and corporate materials • Project manage creative aspects of various marketing campaigns using project management software for workflow tasks and updates • Catalog and reference art for future projects • Work with the Creative Director to make decisions that align with procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines • Seek out learning opportunities to stay current on design trends and technology • You will also participate in teamwide UI/UX projects to develop digital products and applications • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design desired or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1-3 years of graphic design experience in a professional setting • 1-3 years of experience and/or training in Adobe Creative Suite/ Adobe Creative Cloud • Experience working with digital content across all distribution channels such as websites, social media, display advertising and email campaigns • Capable of using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Video production, editing, UI/UX, and web development skills are a plus • Experience with Figma, Pitch, Notion, HubSpot, AfterEffects, or Premiere is a plus • Ability to apply creative talent to a blank canvas without an existing model in place • Ability to pivot projects and apply agile methodology to workflow • Resume must include online portfolio that can be accessed digitally Welcome to ONE!
