Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts for brand campaigns and marketing materials. • Design a range of branded materials, including: • Flyers, posters, and signage. Skills & Qualifications • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual consistency • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle branding preferred • Familiarity with digital ad specs and email marketing platforms • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Video-editing experience is a plus.
