Under the direction of the Communications Director, the primary function of the Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual materials that support and advance the city’s communication objectives. The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with multiple departments to develop a wide range of visual content — from reports and presentations to digital media and promotional materials — ensuring that all creative outputs align with the city’s brand identity and strategic goals. By delivering impactful, visually cohesive designs, this position plays a critical role in strengthening the city’s connection with its community and enhancing public understanding of city initiatives and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Translate city briefs and reports into compelling, visually dynamic layouts and presentations that effectively tell the city’s story to internal and external audiences. • Other duties as assigned.
