Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a thoughtful and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. We forecast our team will convene one day a week for team building, training, mentoring and more in the near future. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in the design/graphic arts field or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a public relations or public affairs agency or in a similar in-house position • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Microsoft PowerPoint • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to bring structure to complex information • Strong attention to detail, paired with a deep understanding of layout, typography, color • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
