About Us: This role requires extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing marketing graphics and materials, executing email campaigns, and managing social media content to support our brokerage team. Marketing Design & Creation • Develop marketing materials, including property brochures, leasing packages, signage, and advertising materials • Create detailed mapping projects using Regis (SitesUSA), Esri, and Placer to support site selection and market analysis • Design PowerPoint presentations for property pitches and investor decks using Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite What We’re Looking For • Extensive experience in graphic design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Hands-on experience with Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns • Strong understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
