The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and Associate Art Directors on a variety of marketing campaigns, web and social content, and a few other organization initiatives across the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Hard Rock Stadium, and Miami Open. Location: • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Responsibilities: • Work directly with the design team on brainstorming, developing, and executing design work for the organization. Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, within an agency or in a corporate environment • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or closely related discipline • Extensive knowledge of current design practices, techniques, print production, and signage design • Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. • Consistently display initiative to complete projects and tasks with limited supervision • Able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Able to effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding design projects, progress, and deadlines • Always maintain a professional attitude and be receptive to project changes • Able to work independently and as part of a cross functional team • Understand the role graphic design plays in the marketing and sales process • A creative book / portfolio that showcases your creative thinking and craft.
