Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours per week Purpose Statement: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling designs and managing assigned projects that support LCBC’s ministries and locations. This role focuses on delivering creative solutions that inspire and inform, while maintaining and enhancing our brand—helping us be even more effective in seeing lives changed by Christ. Personal Qualifications • Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience, lives out a pattern of spiritual development, and regularly attends and participates in the ministry of LCBC. Evaluation: The Graphic Designer will meet regularly with the Design Director for planning, goal-setting, progress updates, and general coaching.
