We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role requires a creative individual with strong design skills and a passion for delivering visually compelling solutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using industry-standard tools and software to produce high-quality designs that align with organizational goals.Responsibilities:• Create visually appealing designs for various media formats, including digital and print, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop layouts, graphics, and presentations.• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet user experience and responsive design standards.• Apply basic knowledge of video editing and animation to enhance design projects when required.• Leverage AI tools and solutions to optimize design workflows and explore creative possibilities.• Ensure designs are production-ready by understanding printing procedures and preparing files accordingly.• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing feedback.• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
