Essential Functions: • Design creative assets for a wide range of channels including: email, web, social media, digital ads, brochures, signage, internal communications, presentations, booth graphics, promotional materials • Develop design execution based on creative direction provided by senior creatives • Collaborate closely with the creative partners and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all creative execution, ensuring consistency • Organize and prepare design files for production and distribution • Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing creative ideas and perspectives • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
