Responsibilities • Design and produce event graphics, signage, and promotional materials tailored to each event’s theme and objectives • Collaborate with event planners and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative visual solutions • Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and event requirements • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards • Participate in on-site event setup and provide design support as needed Skills And Requirements • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the events or hospitality industry • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong portfolio showcasing event-related design work • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Willingness to work on site in Emeryville, CA as required (hybrid arrangement) • Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
