Graphic Designer

DOPE Marketing is looking for experienced Postcard Designers to join our in-house creative team in Eagan, MN. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients and account managers to design high-converting postcards, mailers, and print campaigns that reflect our clients’ brands and the marketing strategies we recommend. This is an in-office position, and we’re looking to add two to three designers to our growing creative team. • Work with the Creative Director to refine layouts, headlines, and visual hierarchy for performance. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (print and direct mail strongly preferred) • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and marketing design principles • Experience designing for print, direct mail, or marketing campaigns • Exceptional attention to detail and file preparation standards for print production • Excellent communication skills — ability to take feedback from clients and account managers • Fast, reliable, and organized — able to balance creativity with deadlines • Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment
