Graphic Designer

Job Title: Manufacturing Graphic Designer Location: Gardena, CA (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities • Design and prepare artwork for packaging, labels, product manuals, and marketing materials • Create digital and print-ready files that meet manufacturing and printing specifications • Collaborate with production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and compliance with design standards • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Edit and revise artwork based on feedback from internal teams and clients • Maintain brand consistency across all materials • Assist with product photography, mockups, and layout designs as needed • Support marketing initiatives with graphics for brochures, web, and social media content Qualifications • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and file formatting • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities Preferred Skills • Experience with packaging design, product labeling, or technical illustrations • Knowledge of ERP or artwork management systems • Basic photography or digital asset management experience • Compensation • Pay range: $27.69 – $33.35 per hour, depending on experience • Full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities Pay: $27.69 - $33.35 per hour
