About the Role: A luxury home construction company based in Houston, TX is expanding into the franchise market and seeking a creative, mid-level Graphic Designer to lead the development of all marketing and branding materials. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing brand from the ground up—perfect for someone with a sharp design eye, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:Design and produce print and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and franchise collateral.Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms—logos, typography, color palettes, and tone.Design and manage visual content for the company website, ensuring consistency with brand standards.Develop templates and creative assets for social media, t-shirts, signage, and other branded merchandise.Collaborate with company leadership to translate brand goals and values into high-quality visuals that resonate with customers.Support new franchise launches with marketing materials tailored to each market.Work proactively and manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines
