Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer supports all marketing efforts through the design of forward thinking, creative graphic elements that maintain the Philadelphia 76ers as a world-class brand across both traditional and interactive mediums. • Design original creative elements • Adapt design elements to carry out the continuity of the 76ers brands throughout all collateral • Lead certain design projects, including ticket sales material (fliers, graphics, direct mail), advertising (digital ads, OOH), in-arena graphics, promotional items, internal communication pieces and presentations, program logos • Build motion graphics and animated compositions from static 2D design and artwork • Collaborate with digital marketing to create e-mail and web graphic layouts and design • Conceptualize and build custom creative concepts for sales pitches and client presentations • Proof all materials in an accurate manner, delivering high-quality, on-time and error-free drafts • Serve as a brand ambassador in regards to logo usage and graphic standards • Maintain ongoing internal communication with key partners as needed • Work on multiple design projects at any given time and execute in a timely fashion • Other duties as assigned • Travel Requirements: May be required to travel occasionally including between HBSE's various offices; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay. • Work Environment: This position generally requires that work primarily be performed from the 76ers' office in Camden, NJ, and may require attendance at events taking place at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Physical Requirements: Must be able to move up to 30 pounds.
