Graphic Designer

Essential Functions: -Lead design projects and ensure that all designs meet the company's standards for quality and effectiveness -Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital materials -Understand the brand policies to guide and consult with internal clients across the system -Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business requirements and project goals -Ensure that all designs are produced within specified deadlines and budgets -Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed -Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that designs remain relevant and effective -Contribute to the development of design policies and procedures as needed -Provide design support for special projects and events as needed • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
