Serve as a member of the Marketing and Communications team to design print and digital materials with a global perspective that advances the mission of the University. At the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer, work collaboratively to develop concepts and design using a variety of resources and software that support Texas Globals strategic efforts. Create, revise, and produce printed and digital reports, brochures, ads, presentations, event collateral, environmental design, digital and physical signage, infographics, web pages, social media, emails, and promotional items within time and budget limitations.Administrate an inventory and purchasing system of relevant marketing and promotional materials, supplies, equipment, photos, graphics, and design assets.Follow up with requestors, vendors, and accounting partners to ensure seamless process management.Communicate effectively and consult with supervisor and stakeholders throughout the design process, while prioritizing multiple projects. Support the critical priorities of the unit, serve on internal committees and participate in work groups to advance Texas Global.Maintain UT brand continuity and visual appearance in print, digital and multimedia environments. Uphold the Texas Global brand and evolve to stay relevant to a variety of audiences and stay up to date on industry standards and trends.
