The Graphic Designer on the Marketing team is responsible for creating engaging visual media for stakeholders across the organization, from the layouts of our email marketing to the branding of internal documents. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer enacts our strategic vision through managing visual projects from inception through completion and ongoing maintenance. • Ensure all visual media adheres to our visual brand guidelines • Conduct market research to ensure our visual brand guidelines most effectively support our marketing plan • Routinely review and update our visual brand guidelines to ensure they most effectively support our marketing plan Graphic Design: • Create visual media (images, layouts, mockups, etc for emails, website pages, print materials, etc) • Ensure all currently implemented media adheres to our current visual brand guidelines • Routinely review and update our current media to ensure that our media most effectively executes our marketing plan • Routinely evaluate and adjust our media to ensure it elicits the desired behaviors/actions from the intended audience
